Commercial model

Separate one-time implementation from recurring platform value.

Recommended structure: implementation fee + annual platform license + optional services. Ranges below are proposal assumptions for discussion — not a final quotation.

One-time

1. Implementation fee

₱300k–₱500k+

Discovery, configuration, data preparation and import, branding, testing, training, and go-live.

Per year

2. Annual platform license

₱720k–₱1.2M

Application access, hosting, backups, monitoring, maintenance, security updates, and standard support.

Scoped

3. Optional services

As required

Integrations, custom modules, premium SLA, onsite support, SMS and third-party usage, and major change requests.

Final pricing follows scope, SLA, infrastructure, and procurement requirements.

What the annual platform fee covers

The recurring fee funds continuity — not just cloud servers. Third-party consumption such as SMS, payment processing, and certain external integrations can be passed through or priced separately.

Software

Resident app, staff app, admin portal, board portal, backends, and database.

Infrastructure

Compute, database, storage, backups, and disaster recovery.

Security

Access controls, patching, monitoring, and security maintenance.

Reliability

Monitoring, incident response, and operational maintenance.

Support

Standard support, issue triage, and platform administration.

Product evolution

Bug fixes, compatibility updates, and planned improvements.

Why this model

  • Protects the community from large upfront technology-ownership costs
  • Creates predictable recurring service and maintenance funding
  • Separates standard product capability from custom development
  • Allows the platform to improve continuously without renegotiating every feature

Confirm interest, run a discovery workshop, agree Phase 1, then pilot. The objective is not to buy an app — it is to establish a reliable, community-controlled operating platform.
